Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because all Rebis of the Matrix items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (product + packaging)

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement if approved.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check:

  • Neighbours / household members

  • Safe place / porch / concierge

  • Your shipping address confirmation

If it still can’t be found, message us and we’ll help investigate.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund — but we can offer a reprint at your cost.

Because each item is made-to-order, please double check our size guides before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is confirmed as defective/damaged and a replacement is not possible.

  • The order was never delivered (and confirmed lost by the carrier).
